We are seeking a Sales Manager with a strong sales-driven mindset and the ability to operate effectively across large and diverse client bases. This role requires agility in switching between priorities, handling multiple tasks simultaneously, and driving engagement without reliance on a fixed portfolio of customers. The successful candidate will excel at creating strong client attachment to the product itself, applying a results-oriented approach, and consistently delivering growth through proactive outreach, persuasive communication, and relentless focus on targets.HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT
  • Client Outreach: Conduct outbound calls to the existing database with the goal of reactivation, upselling, and strengthening relationships.
  • Bonus Sales: Actively promote and sell personalized bonus packages and promotions, ensuring offers align with customers' preferences and behavior.
  • Performance Analysis: Monitor customers' activity, analyze key sales and engagement metrics, and prepare reports to optimize strategies.
  • Revenue Growth: Drive sales growth and increase clients' retention through effective sales tactics and personalized communication.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with a VIP team to coordinate campaigns and maximize conversion rates.
  • Customer Focus: Ensure every interaction delivers a professional experience that builds trust and loyalty.
WHAT WILL HELP YOU SUCCEED IN THE ROLE
  • Experience in sales or account management (iGaming, betting, or entertainment industry preferred).
  • Strong persuasive communication and negotiation skills.
  • Analytical mindset with ability to work with numbers, KPIs, and sales metrics.
  • Target-driven, self-motivated, and able to work under pressure.
  • Fluency in English.
