You'll be responsible not only for marketing strategy and execution, but also for building efficient processes and ensuring team performance.This is a great opportunity for someone ready to combine operational excellence with strategic thinking, and take ownership of the brand's marketing direction in the US and EU markets.Working Conditions:Full-time positionRemote workCompetitive Salary ($2000-2500)You are a perfect fit if you have:Experience in team management: previous leadership experience or active participation in team coordinationMotivation to take ownership and grow into a leadership role: willingness to lead a team of marketing specialists in the near futureAt least 2 years of experience in Amazon or other e-commerce marketplacesExperience in marketing: an understanding of the processes of optimizing and updating offersAnalytical skills: ability to quickly analyze data and identify problem areasKnowledge of PPC and SEO: experience with keywords and an understanding of SEO basicsTeamwork skills: experience collaborating with different departments such as design and copywritingFlexibility and speed: the ability to make changes and adapt to new environments quicklyExperience with the US market: understanding of the audience specifics and marketing strategies for the US target audienceEnglish proficiency: Intermediate level or above (to work with English-language materials and team)Responsibilities:Team leadership: Manage and mentor a cross-functional marketing team, including specialists in PPC, SEO, content, and designStrategic planning: Set priorities, define goals, and align the team's efforts with overall business objectivesOptimize existing product listingsAnalyze current listings: examine their performance and identify problem areasConduct keyword analysis: collaborate with the PPC team to collect and analyze keywordsWork with account manager: gain insights on competitors and nicheAnalyze competitors: study changes in competitor listings and reviewsCreate Terms of Reference (TOR): create TOR for copywriters and designers based on the analysisWork with copywriter and designer: oversee the process of creating and updating listings, and conduct final approvalsPublish and monitor: submit the finished listing for publication and follow up on the success of optimizationsKeep records and analyze metrics: capture changes in a Google Spreadsheet, track metrics (conversion, CTR)Make quick adjustments to listings: edit design and composition to improve efficiencyWhat We Offer:Type of work: Full-time.Competitive salary.Remote work: 5 days a week from 10 AM to 7 PM Kyiv time.Professional growth: Courses and training at the company's expense.Paid vacation.If you are a results-oriented specialist ready to contribute to the rapidly growing world of e-commerce, we would love to have you on our team!
