- Proven experience in guest services, front desk, or hospitality roles, preferably on cruise ships or in international environments
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and handle guest complaints diplomatically
- Knowledge of IT systems used for guest management is an advantage
- Team player with leadership potential
- Basic Safety Training (BST) and other required certifications
- Manage guest inquiries, complaints, and requests promptly and professionally
- Support embarkation and disembarkation processes, ensuring a smooth guest flow
- Coordinate with other departments to resolve guest issues efficiently
- Train and supervise HUB staff as required
- Maintain records and reports related to HUB operations
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety, and security procedures
- Participate in emergency drills and safety briefings
