• 2+ years of proven experience in Zoho suite administration or similar to it (including workflows, custom fields, automation);
• Strong skills in data analytics, dashboard creation, and report building;
• Experience administering Jira, Confluence, Slack, or similar business tools;
• Understanding of workflow automation principles and cross-platform integrations;
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills;
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities;
• English level: B2 +(able to communicate fluently in writing and verbally on technical and business topics);

• Experience with API integrations;
• Familiarity with process optimization and business process engineering.

• Manage, configure, and maintain Zoho applications including Zoho People, Zoho CRM, Zoho Projects, Zoho Analytics, Zoho Recruit, Zoho Mail, and other related modules;
• Design, build, and optimize workflows across all Zoho systems to streamline processes and improve efficiency;
• Adjust system settings, customize modules, and implement process enhancements to align with business needs;
• Set up, manage, and maintain data analytics dashboards and reports to support decision-making across departments;
• Administer and maintain Jira, Confluence, Slack, and other integrated applications used by the organization;
• Ensure smooth integration and data flow between Zoho apps and external tools;
• Provide technical support for system-related issues, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal performance
