To strengthen our operations, we are seeking a sharp, motivated, and experienced Hotshot Dispatcher / Support Managerwho thrives in a fast-paced logistics environment.Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and coordinate daily trucking operations for US-based routes.
  • Communicate effectively with drivers, customers, and internal teams in English.
  • Plan and assign loads, track shipments, and ensure timely deliveries.
  • Resolve operational issues and handle emergency situations with professionalism.
  • Monitor driver performance and ensure compliance with US trucking regulations.
  • Maintain accurate records, reports, and schedules in dispatch systems.
  • Provide support and guidance to team members to ensure smooth workflow.
Requirements:
  • Experiencein trucking dispatch, freight brokerage, or logistics operations (US market experience preferred).
  • English - both written and spoken (must be confident in professional communication).
  • Strong multitasking and organizational skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and ability to work under pressure.
  • Proficiency with computers and dispatch/tracking software.
  • Availability to work according to US time zones.
