/ /16 квітня 2026Email Marketing SpecialistКиїв, Львів, за кордоном, віддаленоSvitla Systems Inc. is looking for an Email Marketing Specialist for a remote full-time position (40 hours per week) in Ukraine, who can build and optimize high-performing cold outreach and nurture campaigns for B2B audiences in the IT outsourcing and software development sectors. This person will own the full email marketing cycle from campaign strategy and list segmentation to deliverability management and automation optimization.Requirements
  • 2-4 years of experience in email marketing or lead generation, preferably in B2B IT services or SaaS.
  • Proven track record of managing cold outreach campaigns with measurable success.
  • Strong understanding of email deliverability mechanics, authentication protocols, and sender reputation management.
  • Experience with email automation platforms (Apollo, Lemlist, HubSpot, or similar).
  • Working knowledge of HubSpot or similar CRM systems and data enrichment tools (Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Clay, etc.).
  • Excellent written and oral English skills.
  • Expertise in drafting persuasive, concise outreach messaging.
  • An analytical mindset with the ability to build cohesive email performance reporting, funnel performance, interpret performance data, and optimize based on insights.
  • Be comfortable with LLMs, know how to automate routine, repetitive tasks to be more efficient. Excellent written and oral English skills.

  • Knowledge of DNS settings and email infrastructure optimization.
Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute cold outreach campaigns using tools such as Apollo to generate MQLs.
  • Manage and optimize email deliverability through proper domain configuration (SPF, DKIM, DMARC), warm-up practices, and reputation monitoring.
  • Build and maintain automated email sequences for lead nurturing, reactivation, and outbound outreach using tools such as Apollo, HubSpot, or equivalent.
  • Perform A/B testing on subject lines, personalization tactics, and CTAs to maximize open and reply rates.
  • Segment and manage clean prospect databases, ensuring compliance with GDPR and CAN-SPAM regulations.
  • Monitor campaign metrics (open rates, reply rates, deliverability, bounce rates) and deliver actionable insights for continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align messaging and optimize lead-to-meeting conversion rates.
  • Research and apply best practices in email outreach and email automation.
  • Keep current with email trends, automation tools, and anti-spam regulations to maintain high deliverability and sender health, and improve domain reputation.
