- Higher or secondary specialized education in the relevant field of training;
- At least 1 year of experience in customer service;
- Proficient user of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Knowledge of German at B2 level or higher;
- Communicative, polite, attentive to detail, stress-resistant.
- Maintaining written and verbal communication with customers in German, providing advice on issues and company services;
- Resolving and supporting customer complaints, providing feedback, involving other departments of the company group to resolve customer issues.
- Selecting, initiating the issuance of, and monitoring the receipt of gifts as part of the Sorry Program project / Issuing promo codes, initiating the review of claims decisions;
- Making calls to customers at the request of the company group (collecting information about new products and improving the quality of the company's work, etc.);
- Maintaining tasks and recording them in CRM (calls, letters, SMS, appeals).
