Our company provides transportation services throughout the US, with target markets in Washington, Oregon, California (South and North), the Midwest and East Coast.You can learn more about us visiting the website:Due to company growth and development we are looking for a Fleet Assistant to join our team in Kyiv.Requirements:
  • excellent verbal and written English skills;
  • extreme focus on organization and time management;
  • ability to work and multitask in fast paced environment;
  • basic understanding of the trucks and/or logistics specifics would be a plus;
  • strong problem solving skills.
Responsibilities:
  • daily checks and updates of the trucks in the system;
  • reviewing driver's inspections to check the paperwork;
  • assist fleet maintenance team with scheduling repairs;
  • tracking and documenting all the maintenance activities.

  • afternoon schedule: 15:00 - 00:00 with 1 hour to relocate;
