• Conduct marketing research: analyze the labor market, competitors, trends, and search demand.
• Use internal data to find niche topics, under-covered areas, and potential for relaunches.
• Formulate hypotheses about course topics, taking into account target groups, experience levels, and industries.
• Validate hypotheses through data: demand, job openings, competitor analytics, history of your own portfolio, etc.
• Document research: checklists, tables, short analytical reports, presentations.
• Work in Coda: design templates, reports, sources, save examples.
• Collaborate with teams of producers, analysts, and marketers to agree on topics and launch strategies.
• Propose new approaches and sources for research, help improve our methodology.
• Interpret data in Power BI — see insights, propose new visualizations, formulate requests to analysts.

• 2+ years of practical experience in sociological and marketing research — you know how to work with secondary and internal sources, search for and verify information in open data;
• Analytical thinking — you see connections between numbers, trends, and products, form hypotheses, and know how to argue them.
• experience working with digital analytics tools: GA4, Search Console, Semrush, YouScan, or other market trend monitoring tools, confidently reading analytics in Power BI;
• systematic and structured approach — not only in your head, but also in documents.
• You maintain reports, templates, and knowledge bases in Coda or similar platforms;
• You propose new approaches, sources, and process improvements — in other words, you help develop the research system itself;
• Experience with research and development of educational products is a plus.
