/ /14 квітня 2026Senior Full-Stack Python/Angular Engineer (with DevOps/SRE skills)Київ, за кордоном, віддаленоHi there,We are looking for a strong Full-Stack Engineer with DevOps/SRE experience to join a small, high-impact team where every engineer works across the full product stack and has a direct influence on product direction, architecture, and user experience.About the project:Our client is an AI-native HR-tech platform transforming the way people grow and succeed at work. The product combines a proprietary motivational intelligence model with an advanced LLM assistant to deliver personalised coaching, career development guidance, and deep cultural insights for employees, managers, and organisations.The platform already serves enterprise B2B customers and is now expanding into the B2C space, building tools that support individual career growth at scale!Requirements:
  • 7+ years of professional software development experience
  • Strong experience with Angular and Python
  • Hands-on experience with DevOps / infrastructure ownership
  • Cloud infrastructure management and migration (AWS → GCP)
  • Production systems reliability and maintenance
  • Solid understanding of cloud environments (GCP) and Windows-based servers
  • Experience with LLM integrations (OpenAI to Claude), prompt engineering, or AI-driven features
  • Experience driving SOC 2 compliance tasks and security-related initiatives
  • Experience with MongoDB and Redis
  • Node.js experience is a plus
  • Upper-Intermediate or higher English level
Nice to Have:
  • Experience with product analytics tools (e.g. Mixpanel or similar)
  • Background in HR-tech, SaaS, or B2B2C products
  • Familiarity with SOC 2 compliance requirements
  • Experience with AI-assisted development tools (e.g. Lovable, Figma, etc.)
Key Responsibilities:
  • Own and develop features end-to-end across the full stack (UI → API → database)
  • Design and build new product capabilities based on business needs and user feedback
  • Improve internal tools and back-office systems to support operational workflows
  • Work on AI/LLM-powered functionality, including prompt-driven and agent-based systems
  • Improve platform performance, scalability, and production reliability (including DevOps / infrastructure aspects)
  • Support and evolve cloud infrastructure (GCP) and deployment processes
  • Build and maintain third-party integrations with external services and APIs
  • Collaborate closely with a small cross-functional team in a fast-paced startup environment
