We are seeking a Technical Support Engineer to manage production issue tracking and facilitate communication between our development and QA teams and the client's customer support teams.Location: On-site, Kyiv officeWhat You'll DoOn a typical day, you will:
  • Investigate production issues in collaboration with development teams.
  • Apply configuration changes based on customer requests.
  • Utilize modern logging and monitoring tools (e.g., Grafana, Kibana).
  • Communicate with the client's customer support via chat and email.
  • Track production incidents and suggest improvements.
Requirements
  • Experience troubleshooting web applications.
  • Basic knowledge of Linux.
  • Familiarity with monitoring tools such as Grafana, Kibana, or similar.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Upper-intermediate level of English.
Nice to Have
  • Experience with: Kibana, Grafana, Jira, Bash, Python, Postman, SQL.
Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the client's customer support team.
  • Work closely with development and QA teams.
  • Troubleshoot web applications (frontend and backend) using tools like Kibana and Grafana.
  • Manage defects through the operational workflow.
  • Handle configuration changes.
