Our journey began in 2014, and we've been dedicated to pushing boundaries ever since.✅ Requirements- 4+ years of experience in lead generation or affiliate outreach- Proven experience in sourcing new partners via LinkedIn, Telegram, forums, databases, SEO, and other channels- Strong skills in personalized communication (cold emails, outreach, follow-ups)- Hands-on experience with research tools: SimilarWeb, Hunter, Snov.io, Ahrefs- Experience working with CRM systems- English level: B1-B2+ (confident written communication)- Understanding of affiliate marketing and traffic sources🔥 Responsibilities:
- Proactively source and engage new affiliate partners across multiple channels (LinkedIn, Telegram, SEO, databases, etc.)- Drive growth of affiliate traffic by expanding and scaling the partner network (SEO, Google PPC, Facebook, UAC, ASO, streamers, etc.)- Conduct initial qualification of partners (traffic sources, GEOs, payment models, traffic quality)- Collaborate with Affiliate Managers by handing over qualified and relevant partners- Maintain and manage CRM: track lead statuses, communication history, and follow-ups- Manage inbound/self-registered partners: initial communication and qualification- Report on outreach and qualification performance (number of leads, qualified partners, conversion rates)🎁We offer:- Office in Kyiv or Remote;- 50% compensation for individual courses, training, and language programs;- 100% coverage for team courses;- Free consultations with our lawyers and an additional 50% discount on any type of legal services;- Health insurance;- Flexible schedule;- Regular salary reviews;- Team buildings in Ukraine.
