Finance Compliance Associate

• Financial Statements Preparation – Prepare accurate financial statements for companies operating in foreign jurisdictions, following accounting standards and regulations.
• Monthly Reconciliation – Conduct monthly reconciliations between financial statements and corresponding management reports.
• External Reporting – Assist in the preparation and submission of financial information and documentation for external users, including banks, auditors, and directors, etc.
• VAT Compliance & Reporting – Prepare VAT-related data and support the tax team in compiling reports in accordance with local tax regulations.
• Audit Support – Assist with external audits, preparing necessary documentation and responding to audit inquiries.
• Ad Hoc Tasks – Handle additional reports and tasks as needed.

• BA/BS or MA/MS degree in economics, business, or a related field.
• Advanced knowledge and at least 2 years of experience in audit, accounting, economics, financial analysis, or other related fields.
• Proficiency with spreadsheet and presentation software (experience in business case competitions, such as Business Diving, Changellenge, or other international case challenges, is a plus).
• Progress toward professional qualifications such as ACCA, CIMA, CPA is an advantage.
• English proficiency at Upper-Intermediate or Advanced level (both oral and written). Holding international certifications (IELTS, TOEFL) is a plus.
• Structured thinking and the ability to draw data-driven business conclusions.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to articulate and defend financial insights and recommendations.
• Proactive and results-oriented mindset with a high level of responsibility, independence, and ambition. Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
