Assistant / HR Manager

• Assist with the recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews, and managing paperwork.
• Onboard new employees and maintain accurate personnel records.
• Handle a wide range of administrative tasks.
• Maintain a professional and confidential work environment for the CEO.
• Occasional travel may be required.

• Advanced English skills.

• Polish language skills are a plus.
• Experience as an Assistant or a similar role (prior startup experience highly valued).
• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to wear multiple hats in a dynamic environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.
• Discretion and a high degree of professionalism with a commitment to confidentiality.
• Ability to work independently, take initiative, and thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Familiarity with IT industry trends and technologies.
