- Assist with the recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews, and managing paperwork.
- Onboard new employees and maintain accurate personnel records.
- Handle a wide range of administrative tasks.
- Maintain a professional and confidential work environment for the CEO.
- Occasional travel may be required.
- Advanced English skills.
- Polish language skills are a plus.
- Experience as an Assistant or a similar role (prior startup experience highly valued).
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to wear multiple hats in a dynamic environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.
- Discretion and a high degree of professionalism with a commitment to confidentiality.
- Ability to work independently, take initiative, and thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Familiarity with IT industry trends and technologies.
