This role is ideal for someone skilled in Google Workspace, AI tools, and Slack, who is eager to support HR initiatives and is comfortable coordinating company events and projects.
As a key partner to both the HR team and leadership, you will play an important role in ensuring operational efficiency and structured knowledge sharing.Responsibilities: Operational & administrative support
- Assist the HR and Operations team with daily tasks and ongoing projects.
- Coordinate communication and workflows between teams.
- Support internal initiatives aimed at improving efficiency and consistency.
- Help implement new tools and processes for smoother operations.
- Organize and optimize Slack workspace (channel rules, descriptions, public directory, employee onboarding).
- Maintain a central channel directory for easy navigation.
- Ensure internal communication follows best practices.
- Structure and maintain Google Drive/shared drives.
- Implement rules for document identification, storage, and security.
- Support employee recognition initiatives (birthdays, anniversaries, corporate gifts).
- Provide logistical help for company-wide activities and events.
- Collaborate with HR on equipment management, including international purchases and policy adjustments.
- Coordinate planning and execution of corporate events and online activities.
- Assist leadership in planning special events and milestones.
- Research and compare vendors/contractors, collect proposals, and support negotiations.
- 2+ years of experience in IT administrative, operational, or HR support roles.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach.
- Experience with Google Workspace and Slack.
- Process-oriented, detail-focused, and problem-solving mindset.
- Experience in project coordination or vendor management is a plus.
- English proficiency: Intermediate or higher.
