Products born within the Genesis ecosystem have been downloaded over 1 billion times, with tens of millions of users engaging with them worldwide every month.We're scaling our Compliance function and looking for a Senior/Middle Policy Specialist to help ensure our products and marketing operations meet the standards of the world's leading platforms - including Meta, Google, Apple, and TikTok.In this role, you will operate at the intersection of product, marketing, and platform policy - driving compliance, reducing risk, and enabling sustainable growth across our app ecosystem. And play a key role in protecting and scaling our business by ensuring we operate within platform rules while maintaining high performance. Your work will directly impact product strategy, marketing execution, and partner relationships.What you'll be doing:
  • Own compliance across mobile apps, marketing creatives, and user-facing content.
  • Partner directly with Meta, Google, Apple, TikTok, and other platforms to resolve policy-related issues.
  • Monitor and interpret policy updates, translating them into clear, actionable guidance for product and marketing teams.
  • Review and approve marketing and product content to ensure alignment with platform policies.
  • Lead cross-functional check-ins to proactively identify and mitigate compliance risks.
  • Develop internal policies, frameworks, and playbooks to scale compliance practices.
  • Deliver trainings and workshops to elevate policy awareness across teams.
What we expect from you:
  • 3+ years of experience in compliance, legal, or a related field.
  • Strong ownership mindset - you take responsibility for outcomes, not just tasks.
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity and independently solve complex problems.
  • Excellent research and analytical skills.
  • B2+ English (written and spoken).
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Interest in technology, digital products, and platform ecosystems.
