You will report directly to the Founder and collaborate closely with leadership.Responsibilities:Identify hiring needs and create tailored acquisition strategies.Actively source candidates via multiple channels (beyond job postings).Lead hiring for key senior roles (Retention, Analytics, Payments, Affiliates, Media Buying).Manage recruitment budgets and control costs.Set up and manage ATS (Hurma) and recruitment reporting.Build trust with stakeholders and ensure high-quality hires.What We're Looking ForMust-haves:2+ years of proven experience in recruitment.Track record of successful headhunting.Experience hiring senior/key roles.Ability to create and execute creative sourcing strategies.Nice-to-haves:Experience setting up recruitment processes and ATS.High energy, ambition, and readiness for aggressive growth.Not a fit if:Your sourcing is limited to posting in Telegram.You lack examples of closed senior roles.You're not proactive or ambitious about growth.Conditions & BenefitsFormat: Full-time, office-based (Kyiv).Compensation: Base salary + super bonuses for hiring + profit share after probation.Equipment: MacBook if needed.Learning: Courses and conferences supported.Salary review: Quarterly.Travel: Occasional business trips to conferences.Contract type: Flexible (permanent, B2B, or mixed).
