You'll become part of a global support team helping businesses accept payments through 100+ methods from bank cards and e-wallets to crypto and local payment systems. This role involves solving real-world problems at scale, using modern tools and close collaboration with cross-functional teams.Your Main Responsibilities
  • Provide integration support and technical guidance to B2B clients (via email/chat)
  • Assist with CMS module installation and configuration
  • Analyze technical issues and identify failure points (both internal and client-side)
  • Conduct test transactions to validate setups and uncover bugs
  • Report system errors and bugs using Jira or equivalent tools
  • Collaborate with other departments to improve user experience and internal tools
