- Provide integration support and technical guidance to B2B clients (via email/chat)
- Assist with CMS module installation and configuration
- Analyze technical issues and identify failure points (both internal and client-side)
- Conduct test transactions to validate setups and uncover bugs
- Report system errors and bugs using Jira or equivalent tools
- Collaborate with other departments to improve user experience and internal tools
- Working time 2/2, 8:00 - 20:00, some night shifts to be applied.
