GlobalLogic is inviting a Junior Receptionist to join the team.About the project: Employee services - high-quality infrastructure and administrative services. Such as infrastructure functioning control, preparation of new offices according to customers' requests, decoration of the office, placement and fixation of every possible equipment, new working places establishment, Coordination of the security group work, taking care of guests, delegations, etc.Requirements

ResponsibilitiesHandling telephone switchboard operations (receive and route incoming telephone calls to appropriate departments or personnel)Answer requests for information; assist callers by determining the nature of the business involvedGreet and offer hospitality to visitors and clients, manage the visitor's book/Front Desk program, and give out security passesKeeping the reception area tidySupport assistance in other office functionsManaging a booking system (conference rooms for guests and consultants)Provide timely and accurate handling of incoming and outgoing mail operations, and register themPrepare monthly reports for courier servicesCreating WI-FI credentials for guests.What we offerCulture of caring.
