- Manage a portfolio of existing small to mid-size business customers (less than 100 employees).
- Uncover opportunities through strategic, prospecting and discovery-led outreach using calls, email, SMS, and voicemail.
- Recommend and position Nextiva solutions - from call center features to analytics tools - that solve real business problems.
- Deliver personalized product demos that show how Nextiva creates meaningful business outcomes.
- Identify and prioritize high-potential opportunities within the existing customer pool, leveraging structured outreach strategies and available insights.
- Qualify, prioritize, and close deals with confidence.
- Use Salesforce to manage pipeline and forecast revenue accurately.
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure a seamless customer experience and alignment across teams.
- Champion Nextiva's standard of Delivering Amazing Service® in every customer interaction.
- 4+ years in account management, inside sales, or business development in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Demonstrated success in driving and achieving revenue targets.
- Fluent English communication skills (spoken and written)
- Comfortable working US Business Hours
- Strong communication, consultative selling, and presentation skills - including the ability to deliver impactful demos and pitch decks.
- Experience with Salesforce CRM, pipeline forecasting, and qualification frameworks like BANT or MEDDPICC.
- Comfortable navigating a high-velocity, team-driven sales model with a collaborative mindset.
- Highly coachable, organized, and motivated by results.
- Adaptability: Quickly adjusts sales strategies in response to customer needs, or company priorities. Maintains productivity and focus during times of change. Demonstrates ability to quickly understand the value, features, and competitive differentiators of a unified communication platform. Translates technical capabilities into business value for customers and confidently educates buyers on how the platform solves communication and collaboration challenges.
