- 1+ year of experience as a Researcher / Sourcer / Recruiter.
- Hands-on experience with sourcing techniques (X-Ray / Boolean).
- Knowledge of relevant job boards, platforms, social media, and other online channels.
- Creative approach in searching, initiative and independence.
- Strong ownership mentality and a results-oriented approach.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Fluent-enough to communicate with candidate English (Upper-Intermediate+).
- Proficiency with Jira, Slack, Google Workspace.
- Academic background in Business, Psychology, or Computer Science.
- Polish language skills would be a strong advantage, though not a primary requirement.
- Manage sourcing and pre-screening for international IT roles.
- Partner with the HR-team to support both tech and non-tech hiring.
- Actively search for qualified candidates through multiple channels.
- Communicate with candidates during the initial stages of the recruitment process.
- Maintain and grow our candidate database.
- Track and analyze the effectiveness of sourcing strategies and campaigns.
- International team within the EU time zone, flexible schedules.
- Work on innovative projects in high - demand industries (FinTech, SaaS).
