  • 1+ year of experience as a Researcher / Sourcer / Recruiter.
  • Hands-on experience with sourcing techniques (X-Ray / Boolean).
  • Knowledge of relevant job boards, platforms, social media, and other online channels.
  • Creative approach in searching, initiative and independence.
  • Strong ownership mentality and a results-oriented approach.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Fluent-enough to communicate with candidate English (Upper-Intermediate+).
  • Proficiency with Jira, Slack, Google Workspace.
Nice-to-Have:
  • Academic background in Business, Psychology, or Computer Science.
  • Polish language skills would be a strong advantage, though not a primary requirement.
What You'll Do:
  • Manage sourcing and pre-screening for international IT roles.
  • Partner with the HR-team to support both tech and non-tech hiring.
  • Actively search for qualified candidates through multiple channels.
  • Communicate with candidates during the initial stages of the recruitment process.
  • Maintain and grow our candidate database.
  • Track and analyze the effectiveness of sourcing strategies and campaigns.
