  • You will be responsible for continuing BetterMe Team exponential growth;
  • You will manage a full recruitment cycle;
  • You will work with different departments (technical, business, creative);
  • You will contribute to the well-being of our customers worldwide.
ABOUT YOU:
  • 2+ years of recruitment in product, gaming, outsourcing, outstaffing companies, or recruitment agencies;
  • Experience of leading a full recruitment cycle;
  • Experience of working with C-Level management and a diverse pool of vacancies would be a plus;
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills;
  • Business mindset and ownership;
  • 'Getting things done' attitude and agility;
  • At least an Upper-intermediate level of English;
  • Desire to become a part of a Ukrainian product with a global reach.
