  • Manage TikTok accounts: plan content strategy, schedule and publish posts, monitor engagement;
  • Track trends: adapt popular formats, sounds, and challenges to boost reach;
  • Create engaging content: produce and edit videos tailored to target audiences;
  • Analyze results: track metrics and optimize strategy for growth.
Qualifications
  • 1+ year TikTok experience with commercial accounts;
  • Knowledge of TikTok algorithms and viral content creation;
  • Skilled in TikTok video production, content planning;
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking;
  • Ability to coordinate promo/content teams;
  • Understanding social media service promotion;
  • Languages: Native Ukrainian, English B2.
