HR Recruiter, Talent Acquisition Specialist

• Source and recruit CDL company drivers and owner-operators through job boards, social media, and referrals.
• Screen candidates for qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
• Focus on hiring drivers who will stay with the company long term - this is our priority.
• Communicate with the HR team and Safety department for smooth hiring processes.
• Communicate with the SMM team about lead quality and recruitment campaigns.
• Build a pool of strong candidates for current and future hiring needs.
• Track recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-hire, cost-per-hire) and report results.

• 1+ year of experience in driver recruitment or trucking/logistics hiring.
• Fluent English and Ukrainian (both written and spoken).
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Experience with recruitment tools and social media (Tenstreet, Facebook, Indeed, etc.).
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Guaranteed base rate from $700/month (depending on experience) + bonuses for each successfully hired driver
