Team: HRReports to: HRD (with 1 Talent Acquisition Specialist in the team)Location: RemoteEmployment Type: Full-timeRole overviewWe're looking for a Recruiter who will take full ownership of our hiring process - from sourcing to offer. You'll work closely with hiring managers to find the best talent for our remote design agency and deliver a smooth, human-centered candidate experience. You'll typically manage 2-5 active roles at a time - mostly in design, sales, and marketing. You'll collaborate closely with our Talent Acquisition Specialist and hiring managers, including the Head of Sales, Head of Design, Head of Lead Generation, and Head of Marketing.Who we arewas founded to improve the design services of SaaS companies. We focus on delivering high-quality, user-centered designs that help businesses scale and succeed. Unlike traditional agencies, we work on a , providing dedicated design teams that seamlessly integrate into our clients' workflows.What are your responsibilities?
  • Own the end-to-end recruitment process (job kickoff > signed offer)
  • Source top talent using tools like LinkedIn and other platforms
  • Write compelling job descriptions and launch outreach campaigns that convert
  • Conduct screening interviews and collaborate with hiring managers on next steps
  • Track candidates and maintain a quality pipeline in our ATS (Recruitee)
  • Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience
  • Proactively optimize recruiting speed and quality
What's important in this roleThe main focus is on high-quality sourcing and pipeline building. We're looking for a recruiter who doesn't just rely on inbound applications but actively searches for strong candidates, customizes messages for each audience, and enjoys testing out new sourcing channels.What are the preferred requirements for the role?
  • 1+ years of recruitment experience in high-growth companies or startups
  • Upper Intermediate+ English - strong written and verbal communication
  • Confident spoken and written Ukrainian - required for internal communication
  • Solid hands-on experience with sourcing and outreach via LinkedIn
  • Comfortable working autonomously in a lean, fast-paced environment
  • Tech-savvy mindset - eager to use tools that help you work faster and smarter
