- Register purchase requests, purchase orders and invoices in ERP, following ZOA procurement instructions.
- Receives funding requests from staff and verifies the correctness of expense approvals and the completeness of financial transaction documentation in accordance with ZOA instructions before entering data into the accounting system within the specified time frame.
- Accurate and timely processing of all invoices, verification of their completeness and correction of errors, as well as ensuring payment within the appropriate deadlines.
- Enters accounting data into the computerised accounting system.
- Responsible for issuing petty cash and codifying expenses, ensuring that funds are always available for petty expenses.
- Manages petty cash accounts and debit cards, ensuring accurate records and account balances, and takes action when discrepancies are identified.
- Maintains all office financial documents.
- Carries out local purchases.
- Assists with document translation.
- Scans and stores documents.
- Takes care of the ZOA office in Kyiv.
- Provides support to the team upon request.
- - Bachelor's degree in business administration, preferably in accounting.
- Minimum 1−2 years of experience in finance and administration.
- Good command of English (preferable) and Ukrainian, both spoken and written.
- Computer literacy with good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook.
- Experience working with various accounting programmes.
