/ /14 квітня 2026Python Automation QA Engineer IRC290978ЛьвівGlobalLogic is inviting Python Automation QA Engineer to join the team.About the project: The client is one of the world's leading providers of elevators, escalators, and moving walkways, as well as maintenance and modernization services. The group operates in over 100 countries and has production sites and research and development facilities in the US, Brazil, Europe, China, and India. In other words, we all use their products on a daily basis.RequirementsAzure cloud-based platform built on a microservices architecture that processes telemetry data from thousands of connected IoT devices (elevators and escalators) worldwide. The platform integrates with mobile applications, web portals, and other cloud services to provide real-time monitoring, diagnostics, and digital services.Requirements:

Strong knowledge of Python and experience in backend test automation (2+ years)
Experience with Pytest framework and test architecture design
Hands-on experience with REST API testing and automation
Experience testing microservices-based architectures
Experience with Azure cloud services or other cloud platforms
Understanding of CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, etc.)
Experience with API contract validation (OpenAPI / Swagger)
Experience with database testing (SQL / data validation)
Experience with Allure reporting or similar test reporting tools
Experience in QA documentation (Test Plan, Test Strategy, Test Cases, Test Reports, Metrics)
Strong understanding of SDLC and testing methodologies
At least Intermediate English

Job responsibilitiesResponsibilities:

Contribute to the development and improvement of the automated backend testing platform
Design, develop, and maintain automated tests for microservices and REST APIs
Execute automated tests across multiple environments and regions
Analyze test results, identify issues, and collaborate with developers to resolve them
Develop emulator models simulating elevators and escalators for automated test verification
Participate in test strategy definition and test architecture improvements
Perform release verification and regression testing across multiple environments
Analyze system behavior using logs, monitoring tools, and telemetry data
Collaborate closely with Architects, Developers, DevOps engineers, Product Owners, and QA engineers
Take ownership of quality validation for backend services and APIs
