Our recruitment function is one of our key differentiators — and we are scaling it further.We are looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead hiring across our portfolio companies and act as a strategic recruitment partner for founders and hiring managers.You will not just close roles — you will build hiring strategies, shape talent pipelines, and influence company growth from day one.What will you do:Own end-to-end recruitment for multiple portfolio companies (tech & non-tech roles);Partner with founders and hiring managers to define hiring strategy, role requirements, and positioning;Build proactive pipelines using advanced sourcing strategies, LinkedIn, outbound, and talent mapping;Conduct in-depth interviews and assess candidates on skills, culture fit, and growth potential;Drive offer preparation and compensation negotiation with candidates and stakeholders;Provide data-driven hiring analytics (funnels, time-to-fill, sourcing effectiveness, market insights);Continuously improve recruitment processes, templates, and best practices across the portfolio.About you:3+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment (product companies, startups, or agencies)Proven track record of closing complex roles (tech or business) and working with multiple stakeholdersStrong sourcing expertise and ability to build long-term pipelinesExperience in hiring non-tech roles (Marketing, Sales, CS, Operations) is a plusData-driven mindset with strong communication and stakeholder management skillsEnglish Upper-Intermediate or higherWhat we offer:High-impact role working directly with startup founders and top-tier portfolio companies;Rapid growth opportunities — horizontally (new markets, functions) and vertically (leadership roles);Flexible schedule + remote work;Training, conferences, and business education programs;Health insurance + corporate doctor;Well-being benefits: yoga, workouts, mental health support;English classes covered by the company;Sport reimbursement;Legendary team offsites — last time in Portugal 🇵🇹
