- Productivity tooling: Google products (docs, spreadsheets, forms), Atlassian products (Jira, Confluence), Zoho;
- Сomputing: Hetzner, SimNetworks, Proxmox, Baremetal, Docker (and a bit of Kubernetes);
- Server OS: Debian Linux family, various macOS and Windows;

- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field;
- Familiarity with computer hardware and peripheral devices;
- Basic understanding of operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux);
- Understanding of basic networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP);
- Good communication skills in Ukrainian (and applicable in English);
- Ability to work on-site in our Lviv office.
- Previous experience in completing IT courses;
- Previous experience in IT support, Helpdesk, or a similar role;
- Familiarity with Google Workspace, Office 365, or similar productivity tools;
- Basic knowledge of virtualization technologies (e.g., Docker, VMware);
- Any relevant certifications (CompTIA A+, Network+, or similar).
- Passionate about technology and eager to learn;
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail;

- Provide first-level technical support to employees for hardware and software issues;
- Assist in setting up and configuring computers, mobile devices, and peripheral equipment;
- Help maintain and update IT documentation and inventory records;
- Support the IT team in monitoring system performance and network stability;
- Participate in small projects and sprints, completing tasks under supervision;
- Ensure compliance with IT policies and procedures, including security protocols.
