About the project:Inner Child is a startup that develops a gamified mobile mental well-being application to help people who didn't experience enough love and care in childhood and thus developed self-perception issues such as lack of self-love and self-worthiness, which are often underlying causes for other mental problems like: self-criticism, low self-esteem, stress/anxiety, emotional overwhelms, feeling of loneliness and lack of support, etc. We are going to help them to deal with the underlying issues via the concept of Inner Child. And to make the burden of self-improvement less boring and painful the application is going to be gamified.Responsibilities:The CPO will be responsible for how the whole brand looks like, that includes:
- Brand Design;
- Mobile App Design;
- Social Media Guidelines;
- Marketing Style.Scope Of Work:There is a tremendous amount of work ahead of us, what comes down to work for CPO/Art Director it is:
- designing and creating in-app human-like avatar which represents our inner child, kinda tamagotchi avatar;
- creating graphics for in-app merch for the avatar: hats, boots, toys, cloths, other items that the avatar can utilise;
- brand design: logo, fonts, banners, etc;
- app ux/ui design;
- website ux/ui;
- creating banners for Apple and Google store;
- creating marketing materials like: banners for Google and Facebook ads, PR, etc;
- making beautiful pitch decks for startup conferences where we will be presenting our business;
- creating content for social media (it doesn't include making videos, but who knows what we will need to do for the sake of our business to succeed, maybe videos too xD);
- maybe also other responsibilities not related to design like: generating ideas, writing content for social media, applying for grants, participating in startup events as a team, doing user/market research, and many other things that we have to do to make the business succeed.Requirements:- Strong desire to make the world a better place and earn money;
- Proficient at english (we have an international team and our working language is English);
- 10+ years of experience with Fine Art/Illustrations;
- 5+ years of experience with UI/UX design;
- 5+ years of experience with business branding;
- Ability to travel around Europe 1-2 times every 1-2 months for startup conferences/meetups (costs aren't covered by the project on early stages);
- Contribute at least 20 hours per week, 40 hours per week when the project gets funded.Offer:The project is in its very early stage and it doesn't have external funding so far. Thus Co-Founders have to work only for future profit for the next 9-12 months without any salary, investing their time and maybe money. 9-12 months is a realistic time frame to lead the project to an “Investment Ready State”, secure first funds, start getting salary from the project, and hire first teammates to reduce load on the founding team.The Inner Child offers to its co-founders:
- salary in 9-12 month;
- equity that you will be able to:
- get dividends from when business makes profit (2-4 years perspective)
- sell your shares at a high rate (4-8 years perspective);
