The person will report to the Director of the department based in Kyiv.Role Purpose:The Tender Engineer leads the end-to-end tender preparation from S0 to S2 within the Customer Project Process (ensure Schneider Electric submits a competitive, compliant, and risk-controlled offer. Coordinate technical, commercial, legal, finance, risk, supply chain, and cybersecurity stakeholders.Core Responsibilities:1. Lead Tender Preparation (S0, S2):- Drive preparation of technical, contractual, commercial, costing and pricing inputs.- Define tender strategy with Opportunity Leader.- Ensure compliance with CPP selling stages.2. Coordinate Stakeholders & Consolidate One SE Offer:- Manage contributions across Business Units.- Mobilize SMEs, SMLs, and SRM at required gates.- Validate supplier offers and consolidate integrated proposal.3. Risk Management (CPP + SBP):- Set up TKOM and risk review meetings.- Own Risk Register, RITE, Cash & Risk Curve.- Ensure validations from Legal, Tax, Finance, Treasury, Cybersecurity, SCM.4. Documentation, Approvals & Governance:- Ensure all tender documentation is complete and accurate.- Coordinate Tender Review (TR) and secure CoA approvals.- Ensure compliance with CPP tasks and gate deliverables.5. Customer Negotiation Support:- Support negotiations and clarifications.- Explain non-compliances and deviations.6. Handover to Execution (P0 Gate):- Support gap analysis and ensure alignment with S2 mandate.- Ensure smooth transfer to Execution Center.Technical Knowledge Requirements:- Strong understanding of LV/MV equipment (switchgear, transformers, protection relays, RMUs, cables).- Ability to interpret and validate technical documentation from SE ETOs (Engineering-To-Order teams).- Ability to manage technical clarifications and requests from vendors (OG/IG suppliers).- Ability to challenge and consolidate technical offers, drawings, BOQs, and compliance matrices.- Understanding integration requirements between SE equipment and third-party systems.Rapid Data Collection & Commercial Offer Preparation:Ability to quickly collect, validate and structure technical and commercial inputs from multiple stakeholders.- Ensure rapid consolidation of costing, scope, risks, and supplier inputs into a coherent offer.- Deliver complete and accurate commercial proposals within required deadlines.- Maintain strong internal communication channels to accelerate information flow and resolve blockers promptly.Required Skills & Competencies:- Strong understanding of CPP governance.- Risk management capabilities.- Contractual and commercial knowledge.- Ability to lead cross-functional teams.- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
