- Diploma or degree in development cooperation, political science, or related fields, with technical competencies in financial and human resource management, obtained at least 3 years prior.
- Native Ukrainian speaker.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- At least 2 years of experience in managing emergency projects in contexts of political, social, or environmental conflict.
- Previous experience with AICS or major institutional donors is an asset.
- Experience in managing multi-sectoral projects is preferred.
- Experience in managing diverse and international partners is preferred.
- Strong strategic ability to analyze complex contexts, assessing risks and needs.
- Ability to supervise operational aspects of the project.
- Strong coordination and supervision skills for local staff and project partners.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a strong aptitude for problem-solving and teamwork.
- Strong IT skills and familiarity with reporting systems.
- High level of flexibility and adaptability.
- Reliability, punctuality, and attention to detail.
- Full-time position, Monday to Friday, with working hours to be defined.
- The position will be based in the Kharkiv region, Kharkiv.
- Exact location within the region is still to be determined.
- Support the Project Coordinator in the coordination, implementation, and supervision of project activities with specific competences on the region of Kharkiv.
- Oversee activities carried out by the local partner within the assigned area.
- Ensure compliance with the regulations outlined in the official call issued by the Donor.
- Support the implementation of project activities in line with the full project proposal, from both financial and programmatic perspectives.
- Supervise project activities carried out by project management staff.
- Ensure the effectiveness and efficiency of project implementation.
