It offers support for over 200+ connectors, including popular cloud applications like CRMs, marketing tools, support systems, and management solutions, as well as databases and data warehouses.Your mission:Drive Skyvia's revenue growth through building and optimizing the revenue engine (Marketing, Sales, Customer Success), ensuring predictable pipeline generation and scalable execution across all channels.The impact you will make:
- Own revenue funnel performance and drive predictable growth
- Define, track, and optimize core revenue metrics and forecast accuracy
- Lead and align Sales, Marketing, CS, and Partnerships toward shared growth goals
- Oversee inbound, outbound, and PLG channels with clear performance metrics
- Implement and manage RevOps tools for attribution, dashboards, cohort analysis
- Maintain CRM structure, pipeline hygiene, reporting dashboards, and forecasting accuracy
- Collaborate with Head of Skyvia on strategic initiatives, growth priorities, and investor readiness
- Transitioning Skyvia from founder-led growth to a scalable, repeatable revenue model.
- Preparing the revenue function for Series A: building investor-ready metrics, narratives, and scale-up playbooks.
- Turning fragmented sales, marketing, and CS activities into one predictable growth engine.
- Establishing a strong RevOps foundation to ensure data-driven decisions and accurate forecasting.
- Cross-functional revenue leadership - Leading Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success as one revenue engine aligned to growth outcomes.
- Growth planning & budget accountability - Driving predictable ARR expansion through planning, forecasting, and disciplined budget use.
- Revenue operations architecture - Designing scalable processes, metrics, and playbooks that accelerate revenue growth.
- CRM mastery (Zoho at Skyvia) - Building automation, reporting, and pipeline discipline in CRM systems to enable scalable growth.
- PLG/SLG hybrid execution - Balancing product-led and sales-led motions to maximize growth across customer segments.
