This is a full-time remote role for a BIM/VDC Specialist at Eracore. The specialist will be responsible for creating 3D models and producing shop drawings to support clarity and accuracy during field installations. The role involves utilizing BIM software for visualization, coordination, and validation of construction systems, with an emphasis on MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) components and architectural integration.Qualifications
  • 3-4 years of experience with Revit
  • Strong skills in Building Information Modeling (BIM) and construction drawings
  • Experience with prefabrication spool drawings
  • Experience working with MEP systems in a construction environment
  • Proficiency in architectural modeling and related software tools
  • Ability to interpret and coordinate various discipline drawings and models
  • Understanding of construction processes and project coordination
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
