Опис вакансіїStart Date: Within 2 weeksPay: $700 - 1000$Shift: 12:00-21:00 (or like an option 11:00−20:00)The Recruiter is a key role in the organization whose job it is to recruit for the various departments within the organization. This position will work with the VP and office manager to increase the size of the office. Another main responsibility will be to work with the other HR t to solve potential problems in the organizationResponsibilities:
  • Recruit new candidates
  • Utilize various posting sites to their full potential
  • Have conversations via messaging and phone with potential candidates as well as to conduct interviews
  • Work with the VP of Sales and Office Manager throughout the interview process
Skills Required:
  • Must communicate fluently in English (Russian, Ukrainian, and other languages a plus)
  • Extensive knowledge of LinkedIn and other posting sites
  • Ability to sell candidates to join the company
  • Ability to learn about the US logistics market
  • Ability to understand and prioritize in stressful situations
  • Ability to work independently
  • Possess strong organizational skills
