- Launch CRM campaigns via email, SMS, push notifications, and in-app messaging
- Monitor campaign performance, ensuring timely delivery and accuracy
- Conduct A/B testing and pilot campaigns based on segmentation and player behavior
- Implement and maintain automated communication flows based on user actions and lifecycle stages
- Set up and monitor communication chains to enhance player conversion and retention
- Create and manage templates for CRM communications
- Prepare briefs and technical requirements for designers, copywriters, and developers
- Align messaging with promotional calendars and reactivation strategies
- Work closely with product, promotions, and analytics teams to ensure CRM initiatives align with business goals and player expectations
- Conduct thorough quality checks to maintain consistency and targeting accuracy before campaign launches
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in CRM or lifecycle marketing, preferably within the gambling industry
- Proven experience executing multi-channel CRM campaigns using CRM platforms
- Strong grasp of segmentation, user journeys, and behavioral targeting
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple concurrent campaigns
- Solid understanding of key CRM metrics such as open rates, CTR, conversion rates, and churn
- Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and using performance dashboards
- Effective communicator with strong task and time management skills
- Fluency in Russian and English is essential
