  • Ensuring stable and continuous operation of the Cabin Crew function: Responsible for organizational alignment, resource planning, and effective functioning of all Cabin Crew units within approved standards and Air Operator Certificates.
  • Passenger experience management: Development of onboard service policy, support of service culture, and implementation of approaches that enhance customer perception of the company brand.
  • Crew development and leadership potential: Ensuring professional growth of cabin crew, building a talent pipeline, and supporting a strong leadership team within the department.
  • Compliance with aviation safety standards and regulatory requirements: Ensuring operational compliance with internal safety policies, procedures, and external regulatory standards, as well as risk management.
  • Administrative and regulatory management: Establishing and maintaining internal documentation, procedures, and regulations governing cabin crew activities and training.
  • Change integration and strategic initiative implementation: Coordination of internal transformations, participation in cross-functional projects, and implementation of new solutions supporting functional development.
  • Financial responsibility and cost efficiency: Managing the department's budget, expense planning, and cost control to ensure operational effectiveness.
We expect from you:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in cabin crew management or senior inflight services roles in a commercial airline.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage operations across multiple AOCs in compliance with operational standards and regulatory frameworks.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to align service delivery with brand values.
  • Ability to manage transformation processes, implement innovation, and support strategic objectives.
  • English proficiency at Upper-Intermediate level or higher (ICAO Level 4+ recommended).
  • Experience in building and developing a leadership team
  • Strong service orientation, high level of autonomy, leadership, and analytical thinking.
  • Knowledge and skills in project management
