Start: ImmediatelyAbout the ProjectWe are creating a one-of-a-kind functional sculpture + film series from sands of 14 countries and paired with short, authentic interviews of local people who collect that sand. Each artwork is a singular piece: 1/1 piece + 1/1 film (digital provenance; NFT optional).Countries in our initial library include (subject to final confirmation): Nigeria, Ethiopia, India, Japan, Mongolia, Egypt, Ukraine, Italy, Peru, Brazil, Argentina, Canada (Inuit/Arctic), Haiti, New Zealand.The RoleWe're hiring a Global Content Coordinator to own the pipeline from creator sourcing to signed releases to sand shipments and clean file delivery. You are the operational heartbeat that keeps a multi-country project moving smoothly while the artist focuses on creative direction and production.What You'll DoSourcing & VettingIdentify, approach, and shortlist one local creator per country (14 total) via Instagram/TikTok/YouTube/Behance and referrals.Assess portfolios for human storytelling , natural light, clean audio, and reliability.Contracting & ComplianceSend and track contract packages (Work-for-Hire/Assignment, Talent Releases, Data Consent).Ensure all releases are signed and stored before final approval.Production CoordinationIssue the Creator Brief and enforce a simple QC checklist (1080p/4K, daylight, stable framing, clean audio, 3? short interviews + b-roll).Approve test slates (20-30 sec) before full filming.Set dates, nudge deadlines, and keep creators unblocked.LogisticsCoordinate sand shipments (one box per country), labeling and customsTrack parcels from origin to hub/artist; maintain receipts and tracking numbers.File HygieneMaintain a clean folder structure in Drive/Dropbox: per-country subfolders for raw footage, stills, releases, shipping docs.Enforce file naming conventions.Translations/SubtitlesAfter QC approval, arrange translation + subtitles (SRT/VTT) with a vendor.Reporting & RiskRun a simple weekly status (Sheet/Notion): progress, blockers, ETA, budget vs. plan.Proactively flag risks (quality, customs, delays) with mitigation options.Tools You'll UseGoogle Sheets/Docs/Drive, Dropbox or Drive File Stream, DocuSign/HelloSign (or similar), Notion/Trello, WhatsApp/Signal/Telegram, email, basic caption/subtitle vendors. (Frame.io a plus.)What Success Looks LikeWeek 2: 5+ creators contracted and test slates approved; shipping paths confirmed for two countries.Week 5: 7+ sand shipments in transit/delivered; 5+ creator deliveries pass QC (footage + stills + releases).Week 8-10: All 14 creators contracted; ?10 sands delivered; releases filed; archive clean; translations in progress.You AreA producer/PM at hear t - organized, persistent, calm under pressure.Excellent written communication (English B2+). Ukrainian/Russian a plus.Comfortable with contracts & releases , international messaging, and respectful cross-cultural communication.Strong taste/QC eye (you notice shaky framing, bad audio, harsh light-and know how to fix it).Spreadsheet-friendly: you live in trackers and love clear labels and versioning.Proactive problem-solver (customs hiccups, creator delays, missing consent?
