Schedule: Monday-Friday
Working hours: 10:00 - 19:00, lunchtime included.Requirements- English proficiency at B1+ level or higher
- Clear and literate verbal and written communication in Ukrainian
- Strong interpersonal skills - ability to interact with people kindly, respectfully, even in stressful situations, and to de-escalate conflicts.
- Responsibility and punctuality - ability to follow schedules and instructions, and stay focused on results
- Attentiveness, resilience, and problem-solving mindset - readiness to dive into a problem and figure out the solution independently, even when it isn't obvious
- Knowledge of additional languages at the Intermediate+ level is a plus, but not mandatory.Responsibilities- Adhere to performance metrics standards, ensuring efficient work.
- Communicate with users through customer support tools via chat, tickets, and phone.
- Provide expert guidance to clients regarding the company's products and services. Investigate incidents related to product functionality and assist users in their resolution.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the timely resolution of customer inquiries. Escalate complex or specialized requests to specialized teams.
- Identify opportunities and participate in implementing initiatives to improve support processes that enhance productivity, service quality, and customer satisfaction.Work conditions- Official employment with all the accompanying benefits.
