- Handle full-cycle recruitment for various non-tech roles (incl. marketing, product, payment, design or other roles). Conduct initial resume screenings, first recruiter interviews and ensure a smooth and efficient full-cycle recruitment process;
- Handle a portfolio of vacancies. You will manage 3-4 vacancies at a time, varying in levels of complexity, ensuring efficient organization and prioritization of your workflow;
- Be a partner for hiring managers. We expect you to build trusting and effective relationships with managers, supporting them in solving not only tactical tasks but also in creating a strategic approach to hiring;
- Ensure exceptional candidate experience. As the first point of contact for candidates, you will represent BetterMe's culture, providing a pleasant and professional experience at every interaction stage.
- 2-3 years of experience in a full cycle talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably in a product companies;
- Experience working with non-technical and technical positions, such as Product, Design, Analytics, Marketing, Engineering etc. roles;
- Strong sourcing and recruitment expertise. You possess a deep understanding of candidate selection methods and are proficient in utilizing LinkedIn, Djinni, job boards, professional communities, and other talent acquisition channels effectively;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with hiring managers;
- Business-product mindset and ownership. Ensure hiring aligns with product and business goals;
- Experience in dynamic environments. Familiarity with fast-paced, ever-changing settings where you can adapt to shifting business needs and goals;
- Analytical mindset. Ability to analyze hiring metrics, identify trends, and suggest improvements for enhancing processes;
- At least Upper-Intermediate English (both written and spoken) and Fluent Ukrainian;
- Business-product mindset and ownership. Ensure hiring aligns with product and business goals.
