Sargent Logistics, Inc. is an American transportation and logistics company with a head office based in Chicago, IL. Our company provides transportation services throughout the US, with target markets in Washington, Oregon, California (South and North), the Midwest and East Coast.We are looking for a Logistics Support Representative to join our team in the Kyiv office.At this position you will be responsible for:
  • supporting operational activity of the company: documents checking, updating the system;
  • monitoring/supervision of fleet and drivers;
  • communication with drivers, staff members and assisting them with various inquiries.
Our requirement are:
  • fluent verbal and written English skills;
  • proficient computer skills (typing abilities, Windows and Microsoft Office);
  • organized and responsible;
  • attentive to details;
  • team player;
  • previous experience at similar positions or logistics field would be a plus.

Work conditions:
  • Office work at the Kyiv city center. Remote isn't considered;
  • Shifts Schedule (16-18 shifts monthly): 5 working days/ 3 days off
  • Morning shift (7 AM - 2 PM);
  • Afternoon shift (2 PM - 10 PM);
  • Night shift (10 PM - 7 AM). (Please note, that the schedule includes all shifts).
