- A Master's Degree in Management, Development Studies, Social Science, Research, Monitoring and Evaluation, Statistics, Economics, or equivalent is required.
- A Bachelor's Degree in Management, Development Studies, Social Science, Research, Monitoring and Evaluation, Statistics, Economics, or equivalent with additional two (2) years of relevant experience can be accepted in lieu of a Master's Degree.
- A minimum of two (2) years of relevant experience in Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) is required; additional years may be required depending on academic qualifications.
- Strong experience with data management tools and information management systems is an added advantage.
- Experience working in emergency settings or conflict-affected areas is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) framework or requirements of major donors is considered an asset.
- c. Language RequirementsFluency in English (read, write and speak) is required
- Fluency in Ukrainian (read, write and speak) is required
- Capacity building /training 2 years required
- Data analysis and reporting 2 years required
