- To reach and exceed the sales target assigned (volume and revenue) by customers
- Ensure the maximum sales coverage of the assigned area/customer platform performing the targeted number of sales calls
- Maintain direction, quantity, and quality of their sales activity
- To propose, manage and execute the target account program established in conjunction with Sales Mgr.
- Assists A/R department in dealing with credit management issues
- Manage the Reporting and Management tools provided by ZIM
- Regularly review individual performance vs targets and agree corrective actions with the Sales Mgr.
- Closely liaise with inside sales and customer service department to guarantee high controlled and followed-up service quality to customers
- Have full knowledge of all documented procedures relevant to their role and compliance with SOX.
Countries & Business Development
- Several years experience in a sales role within the shipping industry
- Strong assertiveness and communication skills
- Proven ability to handle complaints and objections effectively
- Skilled in conflict resolution and management
- Demonstrated expertise in negotiation techniques
- Confident and engaging presentation abilities
- Full professional proficiency in both Ukrainian and English
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Experience working with CRM software packages
