Key Responsibilities
  • To reach and exceed the sales target assigned (volume and revenue) by customers
  • Ensure the maximum sales coverage of the assigned area/customer platform performing the targeted number of sales calls
  • Maintain direction, quantity, and quality of their sales activity
  • To propose, manage and execute the target account program established in conjunction with Sales Mgr.
  • Assists A/R department in dealing with credit management issues
  • Manage the Reporting and Management tools provided by ZIM
  • Regularly review individual performance vs targets and agree corrective actions with the Sales Mgr.
  • Closely liaise with inside sales and customer service department to guarantee high controlled and followed-up service quality to customers
  • Have full knowledge of all documented procedures relevant to their role and compliance with SOX.

  • Several years experience in a sales role within the shipping industry
  • Strong assertiveness and communication skills
  • Proven ability to handle complaints and objections effectively
  • Skilled in conflict resolution and management
  • Demonstrated expertise in negotiation techniques
  • Confident and engaging presentation abilities
  • Full professional proficiency in both Ukrainian and English
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Experience working with CRM software packages
