  • Coordinate daily logistics operations
  • Manage freight routes, schedules, and deliveries
  • Keep communication flowing between drivers and customers?
We're Looking For:
  • At least 6 months of experience in a similar role
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • English: Upper-Intermediate or Advanced
  • Ability to multitask, stay calm under pressure, and solve problems quickly
  • Team spirit and a proactive mindset?
Marketing & Admin AssistantWhat You'll Do:
  • Run and monitor online ads (Facebook, Instagram, job platforms)
  • Assist with internal documentation and general office tasks
  • Optional: help with recruitment
We're Looking For:
  • Upper-Intermediate+ English
  • Organized, proactive, eager to learn
  • Experience with Canva or ad platforms is a plus
Accounting SpecialistWhat You'll Do:
  • Keep financial records and reports up to date
  • Work closely with drivers and brokers regarding invoices and payments
  • Assist with bookkeeping, budgeting, and planning?
We're Looking For:
  • Experience is a plus, but not required - we'll train you!
  • Attention to detail and great time management
  • English: Upper-Intermediate or Advanced
  • Confident with spreadsheets (Excel/Google Sheets); accounting software knowledge is a bonus
  • Problem-solver, responsible, and ready to learn?
