- Conduct in-depth candidate interviews and evaluate skills, experience, and cultural fit to ensure alignment with hiring needs;
- Collaborate closely with sourcers who identify potential candidates, ensuring smooth handoff and effective candidate engagement;
- Partner with hiring managers and key stakeholders to understand role requirements and recruitment priorities;
- Manage the recruitment process from interview scheduling to offer negotiation and candidate onboarding coordination;
- Build strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and internal teams, maintaining clear and timely communication throughout.
- 2–3 years of recruitment experience with a strong background in conducting interviews and candidate assessments;
- Experience in tech recruitment is a big plus — you understand the nuances of technology roles and talent;
- Familiarity with Ukrainian labor market dynamics and experience working across global markets;
- Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills;
- Fluent in Ukrainian and English (both written and spoken) — mastering communication in both languages.
