- Active search and attraction of new clients, development and support of long-term partnerships.
- Management of a portfolio of key clients, increasing sales volumes from existing partners.
- Work with the return of lost clients.
- Participation in the development of the hotel's sales strategy and marketing policy.
- Preparation of the annual budget and monthly sales forecasts.
- Development of long-term plans to increase the hotel's profitability.
- Representation of the hotel in professional and business associations, participation in industry events.
- Monitoring compliance with service standards and internal hotel rules.
- Development and implementation of initiatives aimed at increasing the hotel's competitiveness.
- Motivation and development of the sales team.
- Ensuring effective use of service resources
