- Perform hardware and software installations by following existing procedures and knowledge base guides
- Troubleshooting and replacement of IT accessories
- Hardware purchase & hardware replacement
- IT Assets Management and inventory
- Manage Local Area Network in physical layer
- Create and update articles in SKMS
- Relevant education
- Familiar with Windows operating system
- Familiar with Microsoft Office applications
- Intermediate level of English
- Good communication skills (verbal and written)
- Self-organized and service-minded, like to engage with other people
- Organized, with structured ways of working and treating problem-solving as a fun challenge
