- Upgrade and diagnose PCs.
- Install and update various software packages.
- Configure and maintain local networks.
- Support company websites and participate in migration projects to other platforms.
- Administer servers and computer networks.
- Set up new workstations.
- Maintain systems such as MS Office, «M.E.Doc», Client-Bank, BAS (installation, updates, configuration).
- Ensure uninterrupted operation of the platforms.
- Analyze and fix configuration errors.
- Set up access rights, user accounts, roles, and restrictions.
- Test changes after updates and implement new features.
- Collaborate with the development team to fix bugs and improve functionality.
- Create, activate, deactivate, and reconnect users' online accounts.
- Maintain an up-to-date user database (update details and contact information).
- Provide team consultations on system use and resolve incidents.
- Process user requests within 2 hours and follow through until the issue is fully resolved.
- Communicate with IT specialists and administrators from other branches to optimize platform operations.
- Interact with contractors and find specialists for technical tasks.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in system administration.
- Strong knowledge of networking technologies.
- Experience configuring servers and local networks.
- Understanding of information security principles.
- Experience working with office, accounting, and banking systems.
- Ability to quickly respond to and efficiently resolve technical issues.
- Strong communication skills, responsibility, and attention to detail.
- Advanced English is mandatory (communication with HQ IT team is only in English).
