Legal Specialist

• Drafting and reviewing legal documents, including NDAs, MoUs, SPAs, and other M&A-related agreements.
• Conducting comprehensive legal due diligence to ensure transaction compliance.
• Advising clients on structuring transactions to optimize outcomes.
• Negotiating terms and agreements with clients and counterparties to drive deals to completion.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including investment directors and consultants, to align strategies and execute successful transactions.
• Splitting your responsibilities between legal documentation (50%) and client-facing communication and negotiation (50%).

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Law (LLM in Corporate or Commercial Law is a plus).
• Knowledge/experience in M&A transactions, corporate law, or related fields.
• Knowledge of corporate law, securities regulations, tax implications, and contractual law.
• English B2+ is mandatory.
• Basic understanding of finance, including P&L analysis.
• Experience in high-stakes client negotiations is highly valued.
