- Ensure the quality and reliability of operational data used in production planning and reporting.
- Maintain and reinforce operational reporting standards across production teams.
- Identify gaps, inconsistencies, or potential risks in operational data.
- Track key production metrics and highlight deviations and risks.
- Prepare summary reports and operational updates for senior management.
- Support the implementation and adoption of operational processes, tools, and reporting standards.
- Help teams align their work with established processes.
- Assist in resolving operational bottlenecks in collaboration with production and BA teams.
- Collect feedback from production teams on challenges or process gaps.
- Collaborate with BA and DA teams to improve workflows and reporting structures.
- Facilitate communication between stakeholders when resolving issues or implementing changes.
- 1+ year of experience in operations, project coordination, business operations, marketing operations, or similar roles.
- Experience working with business reports, planning documents, or performance tracking.
- Experience of cross-team coordination or process implementation.
- Basic understanding of business and financial concepts.
- Ability to interpret operational metrics and connect them with business performance.
- Strong Excel skills (data validation, formulas, working with large datasets).
- Familiarity with BI or reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Looker Studio, or similar).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with structured data.
- Clear communication skills and ability to explain processes to non-technical teams.
- B2+ level of English.
- Understanding of marketing, digital products, or EdTech market.
- Business education (Marketing, Management, Economics, Finance).
- Familiarity with project management tools (Asana, Jira, etc.).
- Basic understanding of data analysis.
- Experience supporting process improvements.
- Experience working with cross-regional or international teams
